EVPsort – an atlas of small ncRNA profiling and sorting in extracellular vesicles and particles

A new interactive tool presents information on noncoding RNA in extracellular vesicles — agents of cell-cell communication that may have a future in medical diagnosis and therapeutics.

Researchers at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center have developed EVPsort, a powerful tool designed to unravel the mysteries of ncRNA abundance and sorting mechanisms within EVPs. This innovative database offers a comprehensive overview of ncRNA profiling, drawing from an extensive collection of 3,162 samples obtained from various biofluids, cell lines, and disease contexts.
